Enquiries and booking requests
Depending on the service, forms request your name, email, telephone number, journey details, date and time, passenger and luggage numbers, and optional notes. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Other information is optional. Do not include documents, health data or other sensitive information in the notes.
Information you provide is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or arrange the requested service. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to advertising. Newsletters, profiling and marketing messages are not enabled in this configuration.
Browsing and security
Operating the website involves processing technical connection data needed to deliver pages and protect its operation. The website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. Gravity Forms is configured not to store the IP address with enquiries.
Recipients and retention
Netsons is the planned hosting provider for the live website. Before activation, the controller must confirm authorised recipients, other technical processors and any transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Enquiries are kept in the website database for 30 days from receipt; after that period, the periodic Gravity Forms process is configured to delete them permanently. This period applies to data stored by the website forms: it does not delete email copies, backups or records relating to booked services, for which the controller must define separate periods according to the purposes and applicable obligations. This local copy does not collect new enquiries, send email or run the automatic deletion process.
Your rights
Where Articles 15–22 GDPR apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by contacting the controller using the details above. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority. WordPress export and erasure tools are connected to Gravity Forms. The controller handles requests to exercise your rights. Periodic deletion of website enquiries follows the 30-day period described above.
Cookies and preferences
Traffic analytics, advertising pixels and embedded content loaded from third-party websites are not enabled in this configuration. External websites are opened only when you choose their links and have their own privacy notices. Browsing or scrolling does not give consent.
No analytics or marketing services are configured. Third-party embedded content remains blocked, and website resources are loaded from the website’s own domain.
